IIRC This was way back in 1.1.3, no app store, and that's the iTunes icon, for some reason they wanted the look of the desktop OSX with right aligning icons.

Well I don't have a picture but I went to see Jimmy Fallon last month and he used his iPhone on stage as a timer. Actually he handed it to some drunk lady so she could tell him every ten seconds that time was up so he started a new impression.
