Same for me, my Visa card got charged this morning, i then went on the order tracking page and saw it says "Preparing for shipment". My date is Still 29 to 4 thought.
What I did was Bought the iPad 4 wifi at Best Buy, kept it for 14 days, then return it for full refund. Then went to Future Shop and did the same thing, i'll return it before the 14 days, that should be around when i'll get my pre-ordered one delivered.
Ok it's not the LTE version, but I can live a month tethering to my iPhone 5 LTE

I bought my mini wi-fi last week.. so before 14 days passed, can I bring it back to the Apple Store and change with a LTE ipad (if it will be available) and just pay the differance ?
If you look at your receipt from the apple store, you will see what date you can return it by. I bought mine on Friday and have until the 30th to return it. I'm still on the fence if I should get an LTE version. Anyone have an update of when we can see it in stores in Canada?
I'm pretty sure there is a thread about return time on purchases, rather than hijack a Canadian shipping thread.
Usualy, it goes on sale in store about at the same time as pre-ordered arrives, so probably very late November.

Mine has changed to shipped overnight. Should arrive Thursday via FedEx, serial number shows up in Apple's MY SUPPORT page...
Mine still hasn't changed... If it hasn't shipped by the time they're in the stores, I guess I'll just go pick one up in-store, and return the other one.

On the plus side, they attempted delivery of my Mini smart cover today, and my SIM should be available tomorrow... Now if only my Mini would make it's way to me!

Well, folks over at the UK - Mini LTE thread are seeing movements in their ship dates, some have delivery dates of Nov 22 - 26 and Nov 30 - Dec7. So I don't get why we aren't seeing them here unless they are coming from warehouses here in Canada?
I have to return the WiFi version soon so I'm hoping we'll get them by next Thursday/Friday since that's 2 weeks after it was launched in the States.
That means I'll be in iPad withdrawal mode for minimum of one week (at least I have the nano-sim that was delivered to me last week to stare at). Not looking forward to that.

Canadian mini model # is A1454 (same as AT&T). Verizon/Sprint and rest of the world model is A1455. Apparently, even in the US, Verizon/Sprint models supplies are less constrained than AT&T models (especially the mini) according to various threads here. Could it be that they are manufacturing smaller numbers of AT&T/Cdn models? I am thinking this is why UK folks are seeing some moment and not us.

I live in Montreal (Quebec) and the estimated delivery is still Thursday the 22nd. Not sure if this will happen. Either way I am away on business until Friday, so I will remain hopeful that I have it by Friday evening so that I can play with it on the weekend.
Anyone have eperience with these sorts of delays? I assume CBSA has held it for simple inspection. I hope they don't open it up! (and that nobody has smuggled drugs in it )

I received the exact same message on Fedex tracking. Even the same time.
Our iPads must be on the same "pallet". I assume your delivery is Thursday 22nd as well?
