Just spoke to my second CS agent from fedex, the first was this afternoon after I received my delay notice. I was told that it had cleared customs and everything was fine. After 5 hours with no change in status I called again and was informed that the pallets where being unpacked and organized for the routes across Canada.
Priority on the planes go the pkgs that have tighter delivery dates and as most of us have a friday delivery date, other cargo could bump ours as we have some time to spare.
Hopefully does not happen as it should not take that long to get a pkg from Toronto to Halifax, but does explain how it could.

Yesterday, mine was also at "Clearence delay - Mississauga,ON". But last night, it moved a lot, this morning is "In Transit" in St-Hubert, QC and should be delivered today by 6pm. If I can at least get it before week-end, i'll be ok with that 
Well my clearance delay really didn't delay it. The iPad is already out for delivery as of 8:26am EST this morning. Hopefully they deliver when my wife is home.

I hope mine are not delayed. I have a black 16GB wifi mini and a black 16GB LTE mini. Both show as available in 2 weeks with a Wifi delivery date of Dec 7 and LTE Dec 12. Both were ordered Nov 18. Some U.S. orders are being shipped sooner then the 2 week timeframe even thought it's listed.
i ordered mine on Nov 2, got my smart cover and the sim card, but iPad still says late november.... wtf!
I think everyone with a Mini LTE is in the same position (in Canada). The people that have received theirs are talking about iPad 4's. But not many people are specifying that; you can tell from signature files though.
I ordered my Mini on Oct 26. My Smart Cover showed up earlier this week, and my SIM is waiting for me to pick it up at UPS. Still no iPad Mini, or change on shipping from the original "Late November".

Same here. The nano sim came Nov 14. iPad Mini no change on shipping info. Still "Late November"...which to me means this week and next. So frustrating.

Just spoke to Apple over the phone. No "price matching" or "protection" as this is a one day sale. The only option is to return and repurchase.
Kinda sucks. Waited close to a month on pre-order for it, only to have it go down in price $61 the day after I receive it, and Apple is unwilling to do anything...
She said I could return and repurchase in store as well. Wonder how crazy it will be in store...

I don't know about everyone else, but I'm pissed that places like MacMall have the LTE iPad minis in stock, but people outside the US can't get a frackin shipping date. I've had my daughter's wifi mini since the 2nd, being first in line at the local mall, I honestly think having to wait a month for my LTE is rediculous!

One of my pre ordered (ordered Oct 30) iPad Mini LTE has changed status! It is finally changed to Preparing to Shipment.
My other one I ordered on Oct 26 at 3:01am is still stuck at Processing Item stage

Are they the same color and size? My 32GB black hasn't changed, ordered at about 7am on the 26th.

Wonder if there is a constraint on the 16GBs as I haven't been able to find a Wifi version anywhere.
