No, it's not. Thinking the pandemic is fake and thinking it's real are not equivalent.
I never said anything is fake, that’s your assumption what I am saying is that me and my group have not confirmed your notion of what has occurred to others as per the media, government and public health but hey if someone is not effected then their are seen as reckless. There is a thing called being blown out of proportion, over reporting, misreporting, etc but hey suddenly the government can be trusted along with pharma companies because lining they pockets during a “pandemic” is all for the betterment of mankind.

I, like many others, have seen videos of people being pulled miraculously alive from a collapsed building after an earthquake, or as a survivor of an apartment fire. But for some reason I'm unlikely to try that experience myself just because they were lucky. I'm sure the 500,000+ dead in the US are nodding their heads in agreement with you that this "pandemic" is just a hoax. That they just happened to die on respirators because of ... reasons (insert asinine conspiracy theory here). And while you may be OK with spreading disease because you personally were not affected by it, I am more likely to take a shovel upside your head to be sure that you aren't actually a carrier and breathing that on me.
It’s unfortunate that bad things happen in nature but that is nature, all one can do is thank their lucky stars to survive. I have been in some hair raising situations and the way I handled it was with a calm demeanour and not in fear, did I have a part of be hat thought I may not make it sure but that is normal and he point is to not let that natural fear overcome reason as it can cloud logic and make matters worse.

Whatever those unfortunate souls died off and I do feel sorry for their families loss, the numbers are not accurate and medical care errors have been a known cause of injury and death, look at the numbers of errors made in surgery. You are placing human doctors and the medical community on a pedestal with a holy light hat makes me sick. Maybe a reality check is in order.

I would not comprehend a thought to dictate your life and I would prefer that you respect my choice and reasoning.

Plus you are comfortable to provoke physical violence onto another just because your belief has been challenged, wow quite telling.

Cite the studies, because a basic google search on that issue came up with nothing that says the current vaccines are "ineffective". People need to stop fear mongering and need to stop playing infectious disease experts after misreading the internet.
That your first problem, because we all know Google never censors or buries information. /s ;)

Turn off the news, go outside, take off your mask, breath.

The living in constant fear with reminders will probably cause other forms of illness, but hey as long as these people live by the “safe” mantra it’s all good, don’t be killing someone’s grandma while grandma is in a LTC home being treated in an inhuman way is the hypocrisy I never understood.

After being forced to go online, I am not sure I ever want to go to a convention or conference in person again. No need to travel, sleep in hotels, eat crapy convention food, etc. And as a speaker at tech conferences, I am getting very comfortable with presenting online and prefer to use my setup.

I will leave the traveling to my own personal vacations and avoid convention destinations. I hope I never do a convention in Vegas.
Although I enjoy in-person conventions, I totally hear you about work travel. I hope that after this, compulsory work travel begins to go the way of the dodo. I never understood why I needed to board a flight and cross an ocean or a continent to sit in the same room as someone and have the same conversation we would via a conference line or video chat; what a waste & terrible for the environment.

Really? You don't think it's fake? Then why the quotes around pandemic? You're not fooling anyone.

You need to recognize that you apparently live in a privileged little bubble. Just because you've been lucky doesn't mean that you're not reckless or that everyone else is lying.

What’s reckless is that many doctors are willing to not take a proactive approach and are handcuffed by the CDC and WHO.
