I'm actually REALLY glad you posted this question, as I am in the EXACT same position as you. Good to know other chase debit people who ordered through premier are in the same boat.

Also, are you able to pull up your order on https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/ or just https://www.wireless.att.com/business/order_status/

Anything new for ya'll today? I checked my account this morning, and it still hasn't budged. I'm getting the feeling that this is normal though.
 
I just thought I'd let you guys know that at 9:04 PM PST my card was charged (pre-authorized/authorized w.e lol) for $199.99 and I can now also view my order status at https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/

The image is attached. I hope that even though it says I ordered today, 6/16, that their records show I ordered at 1:30 AM PST on 5/15 so I get my iPhone on the 24th or 25th.

&NOW I can take a sigh of relief haha (for now that is).

I used a Regions Visa Debit Card when I pre ordered through AT&T at a retail store. The kept telling me that the card would not go through since it was a debit (I asked them to try to use it anyway). Pre Order went through just fine and my bank account has been charged for the phones. I am also a Premier account member.
 
I called AT&T Premier today and they told me that they won't be charging credit cards until the iPhone(s) are shipped. I've recieved the confirmation email and my order status shows processing on Premier Order Status so I hope that all is good for me.
 
Well, if AT&T manages to successfully screw this up and I don't receive it on the 24th, I'll just use up one of my reservations at the Apple store. If it arrives late, I'll just return it to the AT&T store and get a refund.

I ordered mine at 3 AM Tuesday night Chicago time direct from AT&T as soon as the servers went live. I was adding a line to a family plan and the Apple store directed me to AT&T where I completed the order. Everything seemed to go fine - I got a confirmation email within minutes and the link verified that the order was received by AT&T - but no authorization showed up on my Chase Visa debit though, which obviously concerned me a bit given the problems that others reported.

I called AT&T when I was out today and they saw the order and even gave me the new phone number for that new line. When I got home, I finally saw the authorization. I think that they are just behind in running them. I know it should be automatic, but with the apparent server crush, it might just be delayed a bit.

To be honest, I don't think their reps are fully informed. I ordered and received my confirmation through AT&T Premiere at 07:45 AM EST. I paid with my Visa debit and immediately noticed a $1 authorization charge followed shortly thereafter by a $319 charge from VISA - AT&T K008 9969. The money has been removed from my available funds and is listed in both the premiere and regular AT&T order status checkers.
 
Chase doesnt show pending authorizations on your online activity.

The authorization money is taken out but the charge is not shown on your activity. You have to call to verify.

Thats what the Chase guy told me when I called but he saw an AT&T charge so I know I'm good to go :)
 
Not sure what info you have, but authorizations show up on my account all the time - usually as soon as I make the purchase.

Guess maybe on the Visa Debit cards..

On my Credit Card it doesnt. They wouldnt let me preorder w/ a debit at the store :X
