I want to use a front, back, and side clear protector along with a case.
The original plan was to get that Skinomi screen protector on amazon and a Bodyguardz clear skin (back and sides only) along with a separate screen protector.

That's going to come out to 20 dollars for the back and sides which will be covered by a case anyway. They are somewhat essential though because I want to ensure that the device itself stays in pristine condition, even where I can't see it.

I was also considering this front + back protector which is super cheap, but doesn't come with side protection. I am getting a black iPhone 5 so after hearing about all this scuffing/scratching stuff on the sides, I want to stay extra covered.

So what is the best thing to do in my situation? I want full body coverage at a cheap price.

EDIT: Ended up going with Best Skins Ever. Cheap, full body, and from what I can tell, high quality. Exactly what I needed.

Ok so you want to cover the sides and protect further with a case? take note of the post above!

My preference is still to go naked.

Yeah, I know I'm limiting the amount of cases I can use on my iPhone, but I'm sure I'll find a perfect one that fits with enough looking.

And yeah, it's a beautiful device. But I am way too scared of dropping the thing to go caseless.

Unless you buy a real decent case that has been tested for dropping and shocks, you can guarantee that a cheap case from Amazon is going to protect it!

It's not exactly resolved yet, because I may cancel the Best Skins Ever order and go with Skinomi if that is full body (sides included).

Does anyone know if this skin has front, back, and sides included?

No, but it dos seem odd that he's putting the skin on under a case. I can't think of a worse way to enjoy an iPhone.

Your right but then again i suppose it personal preference?

I would of thought they would clearly state exactly what it includes... why don't you get spend an extra $20 and buy yourself something that has been recommended by many, life time warranty, easy install... you get the picture. if im buying my phone for over $1k (600 pounds, from the UK :)) then i would be willing to spend atleast $100 on protecting the **** out of it!

Oh jeez, I only spent $240 on mine. I think that's why I'm more reluctant to spend money on cases/protectors

There's a a thread in the Accessories sub-forum (where this thread ought to be, BTW) with discount codes giving 50% off Bodyguardz skins. I bought one earlier. It came to $15 (including shipping) for a full body skin with lifetime warranty.

Thats not bad! do you if these full body skins in a layer for the bottom near speaker and headphone jack?

----------

Yes they are made out of the same material as the front and back Armors

Do you if these full body skins in a layer for the bottom near speaker and headphone jack? seems pointless buying a full body protector that doesnt actually protect the FULL body!

Ghost Armor

Just got back from the mall and had Ghost Armor applied. The technician took a very long time, but it looks pretty good. There were some bubbles, but they assured me that they would go away some time today or tomorrow, and they are almost all gone. I got the clear all body film as I want the beauty of the phone to show. Looks just like the pictures shown in this thread and you can hardly tell that there's anything on the phone.

How much total was the body film and installation?
