Nothing yet my friend but it has entered the estimated time frame for delivery now so I'm expecting it in the next few days! I will answer all your questions and do a brief review once I have it
i recieved my white back cover in the mail yesterday from the first link. Pretty nice looking, doesnt seem to have any flash issues. Its nice that it comes with the tools (two screwdrivers), 2 screws, charger cover, and a back screen protector. Was easy to install, and I like how it looks.

This may sound a bit uneducated to you all, but how easy/difficult is it to change out a back plate? Are special tools required?
From the multiple video guides on YouTube, it looks simple enough. The right screwdriver is all that you need.
Somewhat unrelated but is it possible to get Apple OEM white backs if you go to the Apple store with a black iPhone 4 looking to "mix it up"? Just curious I know if you break the back portion of the iPhone 4 they charge $29.99 to replace the back.
If the lens cover you have is Hazy, it's probably just the protective plastic sticker that comes with it. Some of these lens cover are sold with the protective stickers that fits in the front too perfectly (which is very impractical), making it difficult to remove or distinguish it from being part of the cover......you can remove it with a toothpick since it will not scatch the glass.
I finally received my backplate today and wow it is awesome! It was packaged very well in bubble wrap and it had included with it 1 pentalobe screwdriver, 1 phillips screwdriver, 1 30 pin dock connector rubber stop and 1 backplate screen protector.
The colour of the orange is really nice, not too bright or garish. The flash diffuser is a little off centre but it doesn't affect the pictures with the flash at all. The camera lens is covered by a small piece of plastic which i had to remove.
It is definitely worth the time and the 11.99$/7.40£ for this backplate.

Mine has been working great. My Oreo iPhone looks good with it on. You have to buy the screw driver separately.
You'll either need the Phillip's head on or Star screw driver.
