Cheap PPC for File Server?

I set up my eMac. I turned on file Sharing. What now? I have external HDD's plugged into the eMac. How can I access them from my iMac?

Connect it to the same network as the iMac.

It is. The eMac has an Airport Card in it. It won't let me connect to it in my Sharing tab on my iMac

I have a question. Can I access my external hdd's connected to my eMac on my iMac. I only have 3 usb ports on my iMac and currently, they are full because of external hdd's plugged into it and my Apple keyboard and mouse.

Yes, just plug them in and they'll be accessible in the same way as the internal hard drive.
