I have a GPS + Cellular Apple Watch Series 4, and I am upgrading to a GPS + Cellular Apple Watch Series 6. I currently use the Truphone Service (UK based but works in the USA) for $10 per month. When I purchased the service last year it was the only stand alone service I could find for the Apple Watch by itself, because I did not want to tie the Watch to any unlimited plans in the US. The reason why my phone has a prepaid plan with 8 GBs of Data (Way more than I need), for $20, and I did not want to switch to an $80 or more plan just to use a watch. I have had no substantive complaints with the plan in most respects but when I get to certain parts of my house the phone has limited reception. When I am outside, running errands, or travelling it generally works great. I am wondering if anyone else has come across or discovered any stand alone services Apple Watch data services that may be worth looking into.

I’d look into what the Family Sharing situation is in your country - I know T-Mobile in the states offers standalone watch plans for $5 or $10 monthly
