Just look at Worf, he looks more like a pimp than a big bad Klingon.
Those things are not mutually exclusive.
Definitely Worf. Give him a Bat'leth and his first strike will be low, about at Chewbacca's ankles. On his back, the Wookiee succumbs with a single thrust to his throat. The walking carpet's dead before Jar Jar Binks can blink.

Going by the series. Worf is supposed to be a Master a multiple marshal arts and trains religiously.
Chewbacca is just a really tall strong Wookie. Given that Chewbacca is not shown as a disciplined fighter. I would say that Chewbacca relies on size for intimidation and uses shear brute force without any trained discipline.
Let me put it this way. Whom would you pick to win a fight? A 5'2" mixed Marshall Arts master with 3rd+ degree black belts in multiple disciplines or some tall steroid pounding weight lifter that relies on sheer brute strength without much combat training.

Hand to hand, it is definitely Chewbacca. Chewie is taller, stronger, hairier, and has claws. Now if Warf could use his bat'leth then that it would be more even.
