I do not approve of the Chinese/Hong Kong Scalpers/resellers, but they are fulfilling a demand, both here and CHina/HK, if no one bought their ridiculously-marked up iPads, they'd stop camping in NY.
As long as they are operating within the law, not much we can do to deter them.
