You'd have to come across one hell of an overzealous cigar aficionado cop to get arrested for it though. It's a supplemental crime; an offense they'll nail you with to increase the jail time of another offense. Most cops I've ever met would probably steal them, and let me off the hook.

As far as the sellers of Cuban cigars... I imagine that's a different story.

Mental note - do not sell Cubans to Americans no matter how much profit is involved... ;) :D

My dad smokes Cuban Romeo y Julieta cigars...
... he has about 3 boxes of them downstairs.

I have yet to ask him how.

Without a doubt...Rocky Patel Vintage 1992. I get many cigars from cigarinternational.com. Great site with many good deals.

Ditto. Smooth draw and great flavor. I have found them to not leave you with horrible cigar stench on your breath or clothes.

You should all smoke your cigars, then send me your beautiful fancy wooden cigar boxes. :p (And lemme huff your yummy-cigar-smelling-clothes. Mm.)

Cuban cigar

I think that is what happens when you get illegal Cuban cigars. I don't know but I think it's illegal in the US. In some other forums people were debating whether it is illegal to keep Cban cigars. I have some of them - Cuban Romeo y Julieta cigars.
