there was another thread about this about a months ago ... come on MR....

I don't know if it's the same company making these coasters, but there was a similar set of coasters in Wired Magazine and on Gizmodo about nine months ago. It might be a different company, or it might be the same. I wonder if they had to get official licensing permission from Apple.

These just need...

Now someone just needs to make a glass-topped (blank) iPhone-shaped coffee table. :apple:

I got my set a couple of weeks ago. They are great! Really good quality. Took a while to deliver to UK though.

I think you should scan each one individually then upload them for the rest of us who refuses to pay $60 for a set of coasters!!!!! we prefer the ol' DIY method :)

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5F136 Safari/525.20)

This is pretty near but for $60 they can keep it to themselves.

Wow... these are so neat!
I wonder if Steve bought a set of these yet... LOL :D

wheres the app store logo? for plywood, those are expensive, i would pay $20. but hey i'm still gonna get them for christmas!!!!!!!! woo! i know what im asking santa for!

Unless sold directly by Apple, I can't see how these things are legal. Apple would not license its graphics like this for someone else. Sounds like the product of another Psystar-minded kid wanting to test the limits of copyright infringement.

Well just look at it this way. If and when Steve Jobs pulls the plug on these, they should be considered a collectors item. The value of them should go up at least for the mac fans. That said I might just get me a set. i can see it now. Hubby rolling his eyes... and shaking his head. :p

I'm not a fan boy in any sense of the phrase but I'd probably buy these if it wasnt for the square corners...

it just irks me.

so close to perfect yet so far...
