Great, just after I got my OCD battery checking under control. I don't care about battery health and I don't care about cycle count. I only care about making sure the device is truly at 100% before I unplug it. When iOS reads 100%, its truly only 95-96%.

According to other developers that created these iOS apps, thats not possible. Its entirely hidden without the use of private APIs. Mac app can use private APIs as it doesnt need to be installed on the device itself.
If you have a problem with "No IOS device found" just try another USB port... also make sure you unlock your iPhone and select that you trust the computer.
