CoD4 Are people using cheats/hacks?

So the hacks are just in the PC versions? According to google there are several console hacks, not sure if they're the big ones or not..

You're misunderstanding what a "console" hack is, its not a hack for the console versions of the games. When you press the tilde button ~ on the keyboard it brings up the console, in that menu is where you can enter the hacks, cheats, whatever.

Just my understanding based on years of gaming, i don't know if this is how it specifically works in the COD4 game.

Press the ~ button and type: /r_drawdecals 0

You'll get a much faster framerate, but a lot of servers will kick you if you've done this. To get it back to normal again, just change the 0 to 1.
