Coffee for me, preferably with organic, full fat milk (or a dash of organic double cream). Especially in the morning - my first cup of the day is a non-negotiable cup of coffee.
When the pandemic first hit I bought shelf stable non-dairy items from Amazon and this was one of them. Amazon had labeled it as a creamer, and it is indeed creamy but not quite the weight of half and half:

You have to shake it up very well and then it pours in a nice froth. Previously I'd used almond or soy milk, but it wasn't creamy enough for coffee. This company also makes a coconut cream and almond milk product called Better Half, but I haven't tried it. I'm sticking with this oatmilk product and am going to see if it's available at my local food store today in fact.
Update: my local store carries a refrigerated bottle of Califia Oak Milk Creamer. I'll try it when I run out of the shelf stable carton kind.

A good friend adds lots of half n' half and sugar. He claims he likes coffee but I don't think he has any idea what coffee tastes like![]()

Ah, so your coffee upbringing was better than mine. My parents were great but not with regards to coffee but their parents were from England so they had an excusein my family when I was growing up, adding ANYTHING to coffee was looked at a sure sign of moral failing
