are their degree even legally valid? I mean, they teach short-day earth creationism, for the great spaghetti monster's sake! :eek: :eek:
how credible can anything else that they teach be?
Their degrees are certainly legal, but not even worth the paper they're printed on, as they're not accredited by any association that I've ever heard of.


yellow: yeah, I hear all the stories. Interestingly, my brother went to (y)URI* for 5 years, and got a pair of degrees (French, Computer Eng.). Also, the music department at my school (Rhode Island College) had a standing challenge to URI's music department for a dodgeball game. I've heard that they're interested, but nothing has come of it yet...


I actually know someone (well, as much as you can know someone through IRC ;)) that is a BJU student. And also, the 12 bar blues form which is a root of jazz, came from hymns originally sung by Scottish Protestants... (only the second day of classes, and I'm already learning :D)
