Apple Arcade recently surpassed over 200 games available on the subscription-based gaming service, and Apple today previewed two additional titles coming soon. Apple did not provide a specific release date for either game.

"Zookeeper World" from Kiterestu is a new installment in the "Zookeeper" action puzzle game series that will be available exclusively on Apple Arcade. Players will face a variety of challenging match-3 puzzles and collect coins while placing animals, equipment, and plants to increase the zoo's charm to attract more visitors. Players will be able to expand and customize their zoo, upgrade their animals to be unique, and more.

"Zen Pinball Party" from Zen Studios is a pinball game that will feature table designs inspired by DreamWorks Animation and Hasbro brands. Players will challenge their friends and family for the highest score on tables featuring Trolls, Kung-Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon, MY LITTLE PONY, Theatre of Magic, Attack from Mars, and more.

In addition, Apple Arcade roleplaying game "Fantasian" from Mistwalker will be receiving a "Part 2" update on Friday. Apple says the latter half of the saga will feature a more quest-driven style of gameplay that can take anywhere between 40 to 60 hours for players to experience. The game was written by Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi.

Man, I hope that pinball game is awesome. There just are not any good pinball games for iOS. Microsoft would make a killing if they re-released an updated 3D Pinball.

I am all in on that Pinball whenever it ships :) I’ve enjoyed some of their older tables and even some of the licensed ones. Wonder how often they’ll release new tables?

Zen pinball! Now this is something I will enjoy from Apple Arcade. I have all the old tables I think. I am missing some star wars tables I am sure. But this will be great.

Getting a good Pinball simulator on the service is a step in the right direction. I do wish they'd update Pinball Dreams and Fantasies though. Those are the best digital pinball games ever made in my opinion.

Cue the moaning and griping of people who probably haven’t played any of the games in the Apple Arcade or think the only games in there should be the ones they like to play…
Who cares about games? I sent ten text messages today, I couldn't find the right emoji for any of them. Games should not be a priority as long as I have trouble communicating because of how limited the emojis on the platform are

Hey guys I'm having trouble deciding which party to go to. Should I go with these guys:

More pointless adventure games where you walk around doing nothing, great. 🙄🤦‍♂️

Boring games again and again...

Or these guys:

Super excited about Part 2 of Fantasian. Really enjoyed Part 1. Visual style was fun, and kinda felt like an old-school Final Fantasy.

I'm actually enjoying having apple arcade. I find it very cheap and nice for quick pick up games, there are some gems in the collection. I now really only buy game's i've really followed or AAA titles now.

I feel like the second group is more easy going and fun but the first group will listen to me complain as much as I want which is important to me. But the downside of that is that I'd have to listen to them complain too. I can't decide. Thanks for your help any feedback is appreciated

How about you try it out for yourself and decide if it’s worth keeping 😁

Was excited for a second thinking this was a sequel to Zookeeper on the DS, but it’s completely changed into something bland.

Zen Studios isn't known for its realistic ball physics, primarily with licensed tables. It's not quite as noticeable on their home-grown tables though, because people don't have preconceived notions of how those are supposed to play. Hopefully, they've been working on the physics since the release of their botched (re: IAP & in-game earning methods) Williams Pinball app.

Pinball Arcade *used to be* the app to play pinball on, but they lost the Williams/Bally licenses to Zen & basically. Between that & their CEO becoming a politician, they've basically given up on improving or releasing much of anything over the past several years.

If you have lots of free time and money to build one, virtual pinball machines are also an option.

(Some of us have been following this saga for several years already... :))

I’ve been meaning to use the “credits” I obtained playing the Williams Pinball app to get the “realer physics” option, but I’ve been having a blast with the fake physics so far, I’m afraid of being absolutely trash LOL

It's got my favourite table of all time, Medieval Madness, so I'm stoked!
It has Medieval Madness? Can’t believe I missed that in the trailer. I thought all the tables were going to be Zen originals instead of their licensed stuff.
EDIT: Rewatched and yup, there it is. Make it so that it outputs to an external screen and shows a strict top down view and I’d build a cabinet around that. LOL
