Would the iPhone 5 with the .35mm Desmay case fit into the Spigen Crumena series and the Sena Ultraslim?

Def not the ultraslim. Its really slim. I think its possible with the crumena tho.
Maybe the ultraslim too if you had it for a while (its tight in the start).

But ask someone who has either of them. The ultraslim isnt out for ip5 tho.

Utilizing these until the Book Book is released. $10 in Manhattan.

i'm always curious how people talk on the phone using this? do you just hold the whole thing with your cards and money on it while talking?

kind of cumbersome.

Just ordered this pouch from Etsy, link here.

Love the subtlety and the tones, I'm hoping that the elastic strap doesn't prove too annoying in day to day use though.

This is the Element Case accessory case with my iPhone 5.

Spending a lot of time trying to find the perfect Pouch. I Might have learn how to make my own.

Features I'm looking for:
A grey wool
Or
Leather, light brown or white

Both
Insulated with non-scratch material
with a strap to hold phone in pouch securely
And a pocket for the earpods

Etsy is the only place I've found anything remotely close. But I'm afraid wool will scratch the phone.

It looks like the zipper part can scratch the phone.

It's weird that she said its not possible to put the ip5 in there but I guess you just proved a point.

Can you try it with a small case too?

Iam also worrying too much for scratches. Thats why I go sleeve/pouch, cause cases scratch the phones so easily its ridicolous.

They probably thought you meant with an Element case also on phone. The zipper does not touch the phone, there is a like a bumper around the inside to protect from the zipper. I don't think it will fit with any case, even a thin one.

I carried mine in this case for a week but since it fits so perfectly vertically, there is no room to easily put my finger at the top of phone to quickly pull out. Search continues.

The iPhone 5 is a delicate looking device that just feels very light. I bought this case hoping it wouldn't be bulky, and it turned out to be better than I had expected.

"splash MEDLEY Dual-Layer Hybrid Case for iPhone 5" on Amazon.

I had a Beyzacase for my 3GS and loved it. I was going to go with them again but I've noticed a problem with all the sleeves I've been researching. The headphone jack has been relocated to the bottom of the phone so you can't listen to your music while it's in the case, unless you put it in upside down (and doing that means you can't access the mute key unless you take it out).

This is a frustrating oversight from these manufacturers. For the last 3 years I was able to do both and now I need to pick one or the other. :(

Agreed. When I asked Sena about this they told me that they don't plan to add a hole for the headphone jack either. Don't understand why they wouldn't but oh well.

I'm debating whether it would be worth making the hole myself. Cutting a small piece out?

What do you guys think?

I ordered one of these:

It's close to what you specify, but doesn't have the strap to hold the phone in the pouch. They haven't shipped yet, but I have a number of things from them, and they've always been top notch.

Besides, Magnets can destroy the components inside the iphone. I dont wanna risk that.

(longer term)

Yes, I still believe that. Some say that the magnets are not that powerful to do so but Iam paranoid. Sorry =)

How though?
There are literally NO components inside the iPhone/other iDevices that can be affected by magnets, hence why Apple even sell a cover for the iPad... which relies on magnets.

The only thing I could think of that may be affected would be the compass while inside the case, but then again how would you use the phone inside the case?

Also, magnets can't really wear out - not unless you subject them to extremely high temperatures or throw them repeatedly at the ground, anyway :p

It definitely is an oversight by the case manufacturers. I don't know if Apple relocated the headphone jack on the bottom out of necessity or as a design feature but if possible they really should have left it on top.

I've ordered a leather pouch case from Vaja and currently use a cheap Belkin pouch made of leather look artificial material. The Belkin doesn't accommodate the headphone jack and I'm not sure if the Vaja will either.

That said as I usually use a Bluetooth adapter it's not as big of an issue for me. Even if there was a hole at the bottom I'm not sure how practical it would be.

Those are good, I had one for the last two years. They make them so the phone stays well protected inside and it's easy to get out. Best thing is the material for cards - you can stretch it open and cram a heap of cards and cash inside and it'll won't lose its elasticity. I'm really careless and toss it around but haven't lost a card or the phone yet.

Looking for something similar but different this time
