Any chance to get rid of the ugly big playlist icons that comes with every playlist?

I have watched it grow up since the first public beta, it’s grown quite impressive, hopefully will see this update. It was only just recent that episode thumbnails started showing. I still am debating with myself over the task of continuing to maintain a local library
