Thanks, that's how I interpreted it. The difference is that the coffee house owners stood to make a profit by displaying a similar logo, so I'm fine unless I choose to monetize my videos.

You all give me some hope! Does jailbreaking affect Backups at all? I need to make sure I have a complete backup (including all texts, especially)... not sure if jailbreaking affects iTunes's ability to fully backup the info on the iPhone..

It never hurts to do a thorough backup, but it isn't required. I've never had a problem jailbreaking that resulted in data loss. As a matter of fact, the latest JB I performed used my UDID (I think) to download all of my previous JB data and settings.
