Connecting 2018 Mac Mini to 27" Apple Cinema Display

I'm thinking of getting a Mac Mini.

Will I be able to connect its mini-display port via an adapter to the Mac Mini?

Will I be able to have native resolution? Will the Facetime camera work via USB too?

Connecting a "classic" Cinema Display (without Thunderbolt) ist no problem and works fine. It comes with an USB cable, which you connect to one of the USB ports.
