Consensus on 10.7.2?

If you are a photographer and shoot tethered to your computer then BEWARE.

10.7 worked wonderfully. 10.7.2 update broke EOS Utility and it says it can not connect with the camera.

KG4.1.2 and 10.7.2

I just registered to confirm this specific bug: after updating to 10.7.2 any Open, Save as..., Page setup, Print..., Export operation would make Kaleidagraph (v.4.1.2) crash (maybe issues with system dialog boxes?).

I am using 10.7.2 and Kaleidagraph 4.1.2 and found that by reinstalling Kaleidagraph it would work. But once I had exited Kaleidagraph and restarted it it would no longer work and crash on OPEN, Print etc as before.

10.7.2 is a solid update for me. I've not run into any issues with PS, Vmware, office apps etc.

It's been a solid update for me. There are still some nagging bugs (occasionally, but far less often, it forgets my Wi-Fi connection, and I do need to resize the sidebar on Finder windows more often than I should - usually when opening or saving a document from within an application). However, it's ready for prime time from what I can tell.

I have had no issues with the 10.7 release. I since 10.7.2 is hit/miss, seems silly for me to chance it.

Kind-of sucks as I have no idea when a release will come along that is safe.

Yes, I can confirm the bug the way you report.
AFAIK, you have the following workarounds:
1st workaround: never quit Kaleidagraph, never switch off the computer (ok, sounds silly)
2nd workaround: always reinstall after a quit (even more silly, I know)

However, please note that a beta version of Kaleidagraph 4.1.3 is announced on the main page of synergy, as well as how to obtain it. This version seems to be specific to resolve the "10.7.2" bug.

I did not check it out yet, but if you are on 10.7.2 maybe you should.
