Thanks Tony - the Windows 10 updates are my main gripe with the system, although currently I've got them on pause and it's been great to have a long run of time without any. I think being able to pause them for a month is a recent feature - or at least, I didn't know about it until now.I switched from PC to Mac. Well not really I still use my PC sometimes. The big difference is that PC's Windows 10 has constant updates. Those video drivers are updated now weekly and Windows 10 pushes at least twice a month two updates that require two reboots.
Mac OS has less updates just had to install one the other day and I don't have to worry about constantly updating drivers and software unlike Windows.
As for an iPhone I would never switch because I need to run extensions in a web browser. Kiwi and Yandex support them only on Android.
I do like Android a lot - not for anything specific, more just how customisable it is and because I've pretty much always used it. That being said, I'm pretty fussy and think I'd need to go all-in Apple if I was going to do it.
