Good good, MacRumors. There's something called the metric system which is used by 95% of the world's population. Be kind with your international audience...

If I was working for Apple in C.A, I wouldn't rush into getting moved to the new building. We all know that second generation Spaceship campus will be much better than the first gen :p
Will vsn 2 be thinner with tappered edges, flat screen seamless integrated to the walls, even more magical than hogwarts on acid....
and everything will be strictly non user changeable including the loo roll?

Would it have really been that hard, since you're making a big circular structure, to make it in the shape of the :apple: logo?

Illuminated of course....

This is the Samsung headquaters

Those are actually some pretty impressive looking buildings, even for Samsung!

Yes, only to be done by the most highly trained Looniuses #

Is that little man on the right standing on a trap door? He must be from Samsung...

I actually lol'd at this. I can only imagine what will go on in the 8ft "dead space" underground...secret meetings, Microsoft visitor "greeting center," Apple-Samsung war POW camps, the list goes on!

Can someone explain what's so exciting about Apples building a new campus? How will this benefit consumers??

With all the talk about Apple being so green, I have to wonder what the carbon footprint of this construction project looks like.

Why should it benefit consumers?

A few possible benefits though could be,

Improved morale amongst employees.
Leading to improved productivity.
Which could equal less bugs, faster fixes and innovative ideas.
