Contacts backup issue on iCloud

Hello, can anybody help with the issue with contacts backup on iCloud?

Do you mean syncing Contacts from your iPhone to iCloud? What is the issue specifically?

I have 2 iPhones synced with my iCloud account. Even though I checked sync Contacts on both iPhones, there are only contacts from my older iPhone synced on iCloud 🙁

There is iCloud - All checked
[doublepost=1512050039][/doublepost]The strange thing is that the newest contacts I saved on my newer iPhone are also on the older iPhone but are not on iCloud.
