Yes, yesterday at least 4 times. Very irritating.

I tried numerous times to opt out of everything but after saving and exiting it blocked me from your site. A moment ago I opted in to everything and lo and behold, a miracle. It accepted that choice, let me save and exit and back into your site. Very shady if actually opting out is not possible.
 
Same here on iOS 13.6.1
I got a thumbprint emblem in the bottom, right corner and every time I go to a new thread I am asked again to agree to cookies.

It’s a little annoying since I actually took the time to manually select what cookies I agree on.. several times now. But even if I accept all cookies it does come back.

I can get into the site but the thumb print won't disappear.

Me as well but we should not have to accept all cookies to gain access to the site OR is that their devious plan? A full explanation is required.

I am having a problem doing so but it is the full pop up box Managing Privacy with the list of endless vendors and a Accept All choice and a Save and Exit choice at the bottom.
 
I was now able to set my personal choice of cookies.
This morning (5 or 6 hours ago) I wasn’t able to do that without being asked for permission again every time a new page on MR was loaded. Though it worked when I finally accepted all cookies.
 
I got it again today on my iPhone 8 with Safari.
