I have a really dated alarm clock and want something new, cool, neat. I am an Apple aficionado so maybe something that fits the theme, maybe aluminum, something Apple-esque. Under $100, maybe under $50 if possible.

A used iPad mini or an Amazon Kindle Fire (can be had real cheap) makes a great alarm clock. Set it on an Anker Multi Angle Stand. I got a Kindle 7HDX for about $100 a couple months ago during an Amazon promotion for Prime customers. Makes a nice photo frame and alarm clock.

I hear ya, generally our wake up isn't _that_ mission_ critical, plus I've formed a pretty dependable biological clock 😀
