Core i5 & i7 Overheating Issues True?

Looks like core 4 is overheating far more than the others at 101c,

What temperature monitoring software are you using? I ask because you don't actually have 4 cores. You have 2 physical cores and 2 virtual cores. So not sure how it's detecting temperatures for the virtual cores since they don't physically exist...

There might be some people with problems but i'm running an i7 MBP and even using handbrake to compress a file for 5+ hours I only see temps of 180f. While doing this istat is saying user cpu usage is 390-398% and then i'm also using the computer to check MR during that and other normal stuff.

ran mine at 100% for 3 days in a row no problem, just sitting on my desk.
