Good evening,
I had the opportunity to try on a 40mm apple watch today, I had always thought it would be far too small however I think this wears OK. Would you mind giving me your opinions.'?

Thanks AJ

To me, it looks a little small on your wrist, but that like every comment to follow is a personal opinion. If it works for you and the size is comfortable that is your answer.

It looks fine. Some prefer a large watch and some like a watch that is proportional with the size of their wrist. There is no right and wrong, only what YOU think is the right size for you.

I had the 44mm before but sold it because it felt kinda big so I rarely wore it. I just picked up the 40mm yesterday. While it looks a bit small it fits my wrist more comfortably so I’m happy with my purchase.

Looks fine to me, but I don't really notice or judge the size of other people's watches. Band/watch combos, sure. Honestly though I would go bigger just for the larger screen.

Personally think it looks good. I don’t have an Apple Watch at the moment but am looking to get one this week. Would much prefer the look of the smaller Watch. Being older and not having the best eyes should probably go with the 44, but don’t like the look.

It’s the right size on your wrist as you can see strap both sides top and bottom. If the screen fills the width of your wrist, I’d say it’s too big but a lot of Apple Watch wearers in here seem to like the oversized look.

I wear a 40mm as the 44mm just looks like a big screen on my wrist.

Looks fine to me. Go with your feelings and/or the opinions of those around you. We're looking at a picture ....they will see it in 'real life'. Its a watch; all that really matters is what YOU think!

No, but it was 3G Cellular and could run a web browser (Opera), support file downloads (I downloaded podcasts), was waterproof, and had the most goofy charger ever made (with its own battery as well--the watch had hideous battery life)

Made in 2014. One year before Apple Watch.

It looks fine. I think you're one of those who can rock the 40 and the 44 equally well. So this is your personal decision. But I recommend the 40 because you have to workout with it, sleep in it, and literally have this thing on you 24/7, so wouldn't a lighter weight be preferable?

Enjoy your AW in great health!
