Could The iPad Mini Have More RAM than iPad 2?

It's likely to have 512 MB of RAM as it has the vanilla (but with a architecture shrink) A5.

90% of my use is browsing, so safari keeps refreshing the content is the most annoying thing for me.

I have that happen sometimes on my iPad 2 depending on the website. When it does happen I just turn off Javascript, problem solved.
