i've always bought counterfeit accessories and never had a problem. and i will continue to do so. no point in paying the apple tax for them.
Have you been buying counterfeit accessories or just non-Apple accessories (Anker, etc)?

Counterfeit products are pretending to be Apple products and obscuring the name company who really made them. Seems to me this is much more potentially dangerous -- especially when it comes to a lithium battery with lots of fire potential.

ok to clarify, non-apple. but i think a lot of them probably have that apple lightning chip faked

MagSafe is anyway not a good way to charge a device. You loose energy to charge it and also when you charge later your device. If you can't charge with a charger, use external batteries over cable.

Give us a MagSafe large enough to charge a ProMax from 20%to 100% and I would buy.
This will charge a drained Pro Max 2,5 times: https://www.amazon.com/Baseus-20000mAh-Magnetic-Portable-Wireless/dp/B0BZD35DRZ

These smaller devices will still charge it about 1,5 times:

Ooh, Apple MagSafe battery pack no longer in the German online Apple Store. Wanted to see if it maybe had gone usb c…and…nothing!

What about other countries stores?

Well now that the official one is discontinued…has anyone seen any of these usb-c versions on sale anywhere?
