My iphone was dropped and thus, ended up with a crack in the screen from one edge to another edge. One single line crack. I went to the Genius Bar and told them exactly what happened. she took the phone in the back, replaced the screen and away I went. Super easy and great service!

I do think it all has something to do with the fact that there was only one crack and no obvious damage to the phone otherwise. I have only had it for 30 days.
