I was at the apple store one time at the Genius bar, this girl walks up because her iPod HD was clicking - it stopped working.
This is what followed:
Girl: (Comes in and drops her full purse on the countertop making a loud crash)
5-10min later
Genius: Hello _______ can I help you?
Girl: My iPod is not responding, it is like broken, iTunes doesn't recognize it. (she then pulls it out of the purse that was slammed on the Genius Bar.
Genius: Seems like a hard drive failure from a drop
Girl: I take really good care of it though!
This is what followed:
