Creaking Noise on MBP M1

Hello, my MacBook Pro M1 2020 is facing this "small" issue, a metallic noise coming from the left side of the back cover, affetting also the keyboard, near letter: A,S,Z,X.

Has anyone ever experienced this noise coming from keyboard/back cover? If yes, how it went?

It sounds to me as if you spilled something sticky on the keyboard.

Unfortunately not, The noise is coming from the back cover. it's like loose screws.

Listen to the sound your keyboard makes when you type on it; with 100% certainty, the keys are sticking. Something was spilled on the keyboard. Whatever was spilled, may be between the case and the electronics and could be the cause of the sound you hear when you press on the back. Remove the bottom cover and take a look.
