Not sure if most people know of this or not, but in addition to the 7 Standard vibration patterns that come with iOS6, there is the ability to record and create your own custom vibration patterns under SETTINGS->SOUNDS->RINGTONE (or whichever notification you want to change)->VIBRATION->CREATE NEW VIBRATION.

Don't mean to sound like a noob here, but has this been part of iOS5 (or less before), or is this new in iOS6? Just kind of stumbled across it when messing with the ringtone settings.

Apologize if this is general knowledge, and I'm just arriving late to the party. Just thought this was kind of cool. Please ignore this if everyone already knew this.

I don't even want to say how much I didn't know about this...

...so, thanks!

Regards,
Tom

I think it was part of the iOS 5 beta, but when 5 was released, it was moved to the Accessibility section. I think iOS 6 is the first time it's not been hidden away.
