Heya guys.

So I have screenshotted a lot of pages that I need for work on my iPad, but I want to remove the edges on all the pictures (hundreds) because they show the iOS menu bar etc.

I have tried to google this, but I only find tutorials on how to resize the images.

Is it possible to crop multiple images in one operation?

Create a new Quick Action with Automator, add Crop Images

Wow bogdanw, what an amazing tool automator is. I have never used it before! It took like 5 seconds to do the workflow and I got it exactly how I wanted it!

Thanks for your answer Brian, but I had to try without 3rd party first :)

Fantastic, i have the same issue dooing a Reel. Approx. 300 images i all different sizes, sources and dimensions. I have all the images in a folder on my desktop, and for my reel i need to resize all of them to 1080*1920 and need to be able to choose the crop area manually. Photoshop have this feature, i've used it a lot before, but unfortunatelly i dont have ps avalible.

Is this even possible to do in Automator? I'm not that good at scripting thou

You can surely do this with ImageMagick (free) and a little shell script in the Terminal.

As I understand you want to manually select the crop zone in every image, I don’t think there is an automation for that.
