It's a "S&#8 4 1 9;", but take out the spaces. It's a Unicode "combining enclosing keycap" 0x20E3 - works like accent grave on an "e".

Attached is a screenshot of my signature. btw - you need to use the decimal 8419, if you're using the html I posted earlier. It's a unicode font, and honestly I don't know how XP deals with them.

If you are on Windows you should try looking at it in IE8 it looks like an oversized box or U hahaha. I demand Microsoft issue a patch immediately to resolve issues rendering the iPhone 3G-S logo. Yes I was bored...
