The reason that there aren't the small cities it because there is likely a large one nearby. And seriously, do you need the time in a such a small city? If you don't like it, go back to Windows.
Yes!!
1.) Because I want to see the time in MY CITY so I don't have to do a translation everytime in my head
2.) Because I like to get the time from across the U.S. and again I don't want to have to translate.
Albany is a "small city", but I bet you most people there don't want to see "New York City" come up for their "local" time...
(That is a good example, actually, since a lot of people "Upstate" despise NYC!! *s*)
Mine isn't about that as much as I often forget if cities/towns that are near and dear to me are in one Time Zone or another.
I have a friend near Goodland, Kansas and I use the widget so I know if it is too late to call her.
I also sometimes buy stuff from a place in El Paso and forget which Time Zone it is in so I migt call after they close.
People use computers to make their lives more efficient. Well, Widgets that give me the Time in the City I want is "efficient". Giving me the Time/Weather in Portland, OR when i am in Seaside, OR doesn't help!
