CVS has started to re-enable their NFC terminals to accept Apple Pay (after intentionally disabling them when Apple Pay first launched since CVS didn't like not being able to data mine your purchases since Apple Pay obfuscates your card numbers). They're promoting it in stores with little stickers on the terminals, which I just spotted it in the wild.

I just went to CVS and was able to use  Pay. The clerk didn’t even know they had it even though there was a sticker on the terminal and it kept popping up like an ad on the screen. Now I can pick up a script sign for it and pay for it without touching a terminal

Noticed that here last week. Cashier was just as enthusiastic as I was when I mentioned it. 😛 Their app was just OK and I used it fine, but I won't miss it.

The app was terrible for me and always crashed on my iP10. In the middle of a transaction. This is sooo welcome now.
