Sacrum Profanum- Save the monk from Maelstrom. First time I done this without lethality as the Monk requested. Earlier it was screw them, the bad guys that is. This time the two monk brothers express gratitude instead of their extreme disappointment![]()
It definitely adds variety to your game play and keeps it interesting.I always try to sneak instead of killing people - that helped quite a bit in Phantom Liberty.
I’ll admit, the first time I did this, it was “how am I supposed to get by the guy guarding the entrance?” Duh… climb. 🤔So many times the 'no violence' is a pretty loose thing on gigs and side jobs so I wasn't too worried first time I did it - but the real disappointment definitely made me feel bad! So from then on I took the challenge - all non-lethal takedowns. Even if I wanted to take my katana to all of them!
The one inside tends to have sensitive hearing so you need to make sure the couple outside are taken care of as silently as possible and disposed of out of sight.I’ll admit, the first time I did this, it was “how am I supposed to get by the guy guarding the entrance?” Duh… climb. 🤔
Strategy: The key, climb, then stay high, and crouched, go to back of warehouse via tops of crates. There are two adversaries, one stands facing out the back door, the other patrols towards the front, but stops, waits then turns around and heads back, you wait around the corner of crates and when he reverses, stealth (crouch) subdue. The other will be oblivious. Do him, then forward to a guy futzing with a box of stuff. He, then the guy harassing the Monk, then finally out the front door, for the last guy.The one inside tends to have sensitive hearing so you need to make sure the couple outside are taken care of as silently as possible and disposed of out of sight.
I had one time where while I was climbing up after taking them out and a body was spotted ... ugh!
why does the lighting look meh?Completed The Heist for the 5th time. Pretty much know my way around Konpecki Plaza. At the end of Act1, the first time I played, I asked what did I do wrong, what could I have done differently? The answer is "NOTHING".First time I played this I actually thought I had messed up and got a premature endinging until... it kept going. The intro to Johnny Silverhand feels Epic, and the entire arc of The Heist into Act 2 is one of the greatest correagrpahed experiences I've ever had in a video game. 😃

I don't know, it looks good to me. What do you see?why does the lighting look meh?
Maybe if you are brand new in the city, but I always seemed to have a car. Still it seems like an interesting feature, but I would not take the time. Usually, I’m following a blue or yellow line on the minimap. What I longed for in Act 1 is my own bike, but because I know I’ll inherit one, I steal available bikes, usually after conflict and they no longer have their owners. 😁It's gobsmacking how much resources CDPR pours into photo mode. They must have lots of analytics that shows that it's a super popular mode.
I like the autonomous driving feature. Perfect way to sight see areas. They should add a narration mode. It makes me think of the discovery mode in Assassins Creed Origins. Just have a founder and learn about ancient egypt without any combat.
I have tried the autonomous driving feature. It’s amazing! I expect a few other games to copy it, GTA6 definitely will. The cinematic camera is awesome and shows off your car very well. This has encouraged me to buy more cars and customise them.Maybe if you are brand new in the city, but I always seemed to have a car. I think they know about this. My impression is that when Smasher appears in Act 1, Arasaka’s Suite you are locked in a closet, and even though not technically locked in, my impression is that you are not physically given the opportunity to exit to engage him until he is gone. At this point you are still in heist mode, there would be zero reason to try to engage unless the goal might be to suicide. I just don’t think you can. And if you could , you’d be dead, game over. Option 2 might be to not enter the closet, but my bet is the game does not sequence until you're in the closet and can witness the events central to the narrative. As far as I know after this, he is a ghost until the end of Act 2.I saw a video where it showed you could kill Adam Smasher in the act, but it screws the rest of the game up. Another bug I think. Sure it was this act anyway. I guess you could do loads of side missions and level up a lot to take him out.

The picture with Tiny Mike is what throws me, his arms are glowing but his shirt isn't. It is as if the lighting is turned off for his shirt so it seems overly dark.I don't know, it looks good to me. What do you see?
Don't know. The only typical alterations I make are sharpness, and an adjustment of light and contrast only for the purpose of improving the image. Sometimes the game/graphic card inserts these sorts of elements? 🤔The picture with Tiny Mike is what throws me, his arms are glowing but his shirt isn't. There's zero reason to do this, unless for an out of narrative, meaningless accomplishmen that makes you feel good.Ah, it isn't as simple as I thought, you CAN beat him during the prologue, but it does require you to use a cheat to get to him:
I'll try this out. Honestly my first impression was it's just an atmospheric time waster, but I might be impressed with it.I have tried the autonomous driving feature. It’s amazing! The feature is great because many people love CP2077 just for the nightcity vibes. You sometimes don’t game about the game play but just want to be in the game. I occassionally do this despite having completed the game twice. I fire it up, walk around, maybe fight with one gang. But sometimes I just roam freely. Hence why they also added the slow walking feature. People just want to enjoy the beautiful art and stunning graphics.

I’ll check…pretty sure it’s on.You run with RT off?
