I take a lot of panos when I'm outside. Considering my hands are shaky, this would be better than having to do all the editing I do have to do when I use the usual side stepping walk routine.

I used it several times when having dinner with friends. Set it on the table and let it go, Its a fun app.

I've got it for my 5S. Like has been mentioned, it's a cool novelty a handful of times, but after that I haven't used it again. Doesn't work at all with most cases, so removing your phone is an annoyance if you want to use it. And even without a case, your surface has to be pretty much perfectly level to keep your phone from falling over while capturing the photo/video in my experience. +1 for a great idea, though. I'm sure it's made someone comfortably wealthy in its life cycle. The necessity of your charger plug for the 6 or 6+ will likely kill it from here, though.

I'm one of the developers of Cycloramic. It will work on Type A, C, G power adapters (these are the ones we have gotten our hands on so far).

What about the people that bought the original version of the software that now have to buy the version. What a rip off. I already paid for it once. Now you split the software for different phone versions. Would I have to buy it again next year when the 6S comes out. You could make even more money if you made a different versions for the verizon, att, and t-mobile. That way if some one wanted to switch carriers then you could get them again.

I'll wait til a knock off version of your software comes along and give them my money.

That won't work on the Australian 3 prong adaptor.

Our wall adapters that Apple gives us do not have the earth prong. Just the usual two prongs slightly rotated.

But, our adapters are also not the simple square shape that the US gets either.

I think you missed the point. Take time to review, reflect, then post, especially if you are going to be so negative. In this case there is no cash grab and no new software to buy. It was a cute video about how users can keep using their amusing software, even after upgrading to a new iPhone 6 with round edges. It was a small homage to creative thinking.

With a little extrapolation it would be easy do the same thing with a large paperclip, a cleverly folded business card or a styrofoam cup. The adapter isn't the point. The clever physical hack is the point. Just like the original idea of the software was a cute hack of the fact that the iPhone would stand on edge. In closing I gently encourage use of this simple algorithm; think, then post.

What an utterly worthless app!

I think it's pretty cool.

It's worth infinitely more than the Kardashian app...:p

What's the wattage output on those power supplies? Just curious.

I think you miss understood me or I didn't make my point clear. The old software doesn't work on an iPhone 6. For this hack to work you have to put the phone in landscape mode, which the old software doesn't support. That's what I had a problem with, I paid for the previous app that doesn't work on my new phone, which is fine, I don't expect that all software will work on newer hardware, except that the developers have created new software that works and are charging for it instead of just updating the old software. Look on the App Store, there are 2 versions of this software. One for iPhone 5/5S and one for the iPhone 6. I didn't have a problem with the adapter, didn't even mention it in my reply.

I did contact the company and they gave me a redeem code for the version since I had already paid. There customer service seems pretty good.
