This was posted already HERE, but OP used the most "non-related" title possible. I want to make it easier for everyone to find it so we don't have 3K threads
Cydia seen to be having issues today (based on twitter and other Forums around). I did basic troubleshooting on my devices with no luck so I am guessing it is a server issue.
What i've done so far:
* Clear all user added sources
* Clear /var/lib/ for all packages sources
(re-spring and reboot after each one)
Here is a shot of the error:
---------- SOLUTION -------------------
Using SSH or iPhoneExplorer (PhoneDisk or DiskAid(paid) or anything you use to navigate your iphone file system, even iFile will work).
1) Go to: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ - edit Cydia.list file -> (if you have "elpelle6" repo, remove that one) if you don't have elpelle6 repo them remove all sources there. (file should be empty). -> save the changes.
2) Go to: /var/lib/apt/lists/ - remove all packages related to "elpelle6" repo, if don't have elpelle6 installed remove all packges there except for the /Partial folder
Reboot iDevice
