As he already did it before i guess he should know.
Besides that if you can't figure out absinthe maybe he or she should not try to jailbreak anyway, especially when they try to use the 'reset hole'…..

Some people deserve to be protected from themselves other wise we'll see them back here desperate because there idevice is 'bricked'.
Jailbreaking is not for everyone...

I've only used Apple for 1 year now, so I still don't know it that well...

It's been a little over a year since I did it so I forget. I didn't have a clue what I was doing a year ago.

I thought that was the reset hole. Then what is it? I'm a PC person right now. I know PC really well. Apple is like learning to drive stick shift after years of driving automatic.

I wasn't that clueless. I knew what I was doing then, I do now. Jailbreaking is not for everyone, that's correct. Just ask that lady over there with an iPad 4 that doesn't know which side of the screwdriver to hold.

Just like you need a "tutorial" to make creamy mashed potatoes, I need a tutorial to jailbreak my device. Those potatoes won't taste very good if you put too much cream in there, would they?

NM, I reset it using the reset feature in general<reset<reset all settings and erase all data> so luxurious...😀 iPad in the process of being reset right now.

Actually, I might just do that. Some reason I installed Absinthe many times, but when clicked, a window that has a bunch of jumbo text appears.
