Will there be conflicts if you install both?
No, but you can just uninstall the custom package mentioned in the OP, reboot, force-quit the Messages app from the multitask bar, and relaunch it. MMS will be there.
Can anyone confirm that this works on a Tmobile unlocked sim? I have both a Tmobile and ATT sim. The fix works with ATT but not with Tmobile. Anyone have any ideas?
