Cydia/SSH Fix for Facetime+MMS Disappearance (For existing JB'rs)

Anyone know if we backup on itunes if it will permanently take? So if we go back to stock that we will still have it. Facetime and MMS that is.

Hey mine appears there but it says waiting for activation. And it says this when I turn on the phone aswell.
It's an AT&T phone with an AT&T sim( not the original but still active) and I'm on Australia ! Any ideas guys?
