I got screwed by buying Thiel CS 3.6 speakers 3 years ago, they released the CS 3.7 right after and I didn't get new ones for free.

Funny, I missed the part that Apple states that your MBP was going to be the last version sold. Technology moves forward and advances are made at a pace that makes nearly everything obsolete. While we are on the subject, I am still made as hell that the 8 track player that I bought for my Ford Pinto does not have a slot that those new iPods things can be used. While we are at it, I have a beef with those cassette tape manufacturers...
