Can you guess when my fever started?

Taken via AutoSleep

Outside of taking my temperature, it’s pretty neat to see a viral infection reflected in my sleeping heart rate.

Yes. Data won’t lie. Only until the data itself is not representative.
Don’t worry. I just describe a possibility when processing data.
I guess you get your fever at Jan 19.

that data is avg resting heart rate during sleep. not temp.

your (or least mine) pulse is elevated when your body is fighting an infection. my doctor casually mentioned this at my appt on friday when he checked my vitals. so it's neat to see that reflected in my apple watch data (in the 70s, whereas its usually in the 50s).

what's really cool is checking the line graph of my heart rate over night and see it spike...right when i woke up to completely sweat-soaked sheets.

to actually see your body fight an infection in real time, using your heart rate data, is pretty impressive.

Yet temperature is not given by the Watch... curious on that one.

the number you see is HEART RATE. when ill with a fever heart rate increases so you can see all month he had about the same resting heart rate during sleep which then suddenly jumps when he had a fever.

Not sure why this is so confusing. The screen shot and my OP clearly say “heart rate”.

I said “outside of temperature “ meaning that there are other data points (like heart rate) that can be used to detect infection.
