Just wondering...
I think the touchbar can be cool... but...

Wouldn't it be cooler if there was an iPad extension, like attach your ipad and each program/software can turn the iPad screen into a touch screen control panel with quick access to button and controls... you can use an iphone too.
That would be cool. Kind of like Procreate does on the iPad with the watch - it moves the palette to the watch so you can touch-select your colors.

Well I do hope that large trackpad in the new MBPs will allow users to use Apple Pencil. Hahah

Figure it out, Apple. That's where the innovation comes in.
True, I have the 13" non touchbar and I have yet to hear the fan, but I'm not doing much heavy lifting. Still, fanless would be nice. Whatever happened to liquid cooling? There has to be a better solution than a freaking fan. I mean, Laptops have always had them - can't we figure this one out?
Hmm, the MacBook is fanless but it does come with a less powerful processor and that's the compromise one has to accept as powerful CPUs or GPUs will always generate more heat. There's probably some issues related to liquid cooling as well that we're not aware of cause if it really works well, gaming notebooks will be the first to adopt it.

Figuring it out will probably require cooperation with other companies like Intel or AMD and that'll unlikely to happen as each has their own IP to protect and roadmap to follow. Unless Apple goes and build their own A-series chip for Macs, then it'll be a different story (but that's also unlikely as they'll have to solve a few other problems, mainly in areas of BootCamp and something like Rosetta to aid in the transition to A-series)

Apple develops its own self-illuminating pixel display so they don't have to rely on competitors for their panels
Did Apple acquire any display companies? Cause I don't recall reading about it.
