Smash it with a hammer. Keep smashing the screen until you can't see the dead pixel any more. I guarantee that after doing that you won't be able to see the dead pixel any more.

Ok...I did that and now it looks like this:

But what should I do now? Maybe a reboot? Reinstalling the OS? I bet the microwave will liquify the pixels then I can shake them back into place? :)

I see it also activated the option to morph in to a 15" Classic MBP :D

Good spot, I see you must have conscientiously been looking for the dead/stuck/squashed pixel.

I guess this hammer advice pre-dates the introduction of 're-booting'!:rolleyes:
